Source for wire wrap, sleeve for .05mm wire

Does anybody have a recommendation for replacing old protective sleeves for .1mm wire? So far I'm not finding a replacement. The sleeves are the blue ones as seen in the picture. The external diameter of the sleeves are 1/8", internally the wire measured .1mm....

Buy some tube, cut to measure, fix with hot glue?

.. You mean 1mm, not 0,1mm?
Those are rubber tubes, to be mounted with special tool
