I don’t see pink. It’s a red on top black on. Bottom. Maybe he really didn’t like pink

I built one of those at Eden Studio - no idea where the schematic came from - or where the unit is now! Sorry!

Nice work, looks very close to the factory one. Schematics are still floating around, I have seen them once or twice.

The Eden console was the one I cut my teeth on. It was the 2nd in London after RG Jones, making it a very early example

Great console but I didn't like the mic amps

I've seen a bunch of E series fitted with G eq that use the E colors for everything. You tell the difference by the switches near the HF and LF knobs. E series say BELL, and switch the high and low bands between bell and shelf behavior. G series say HMF×3 or LMF÷3, and switch the frequency range of the mids.

I built a stripped down version of the jig for fixing modules in the shop. It'll let me poke at most of the important stuff. Not nearly as nice as the pictured ones. If you're doing anything like that, or racking channels, remember that you have to hang the logic rail off of the +20 rail. If you just try to reference ground, it will have problems.

I just had bad memories of helping some friends "sanitize" their PM-1000 FOH mixer after a drunk dumped a full pitcher of beer on the top of it just before closing time! <g>

lol. Understood. I did my tac magnum when I got it. 36 channels. Also recapped it. But this one is gonna be more. I have at least 6 months before I’ll be plugging these channels in. I ordered the collet tool and start this week. Hopefully 8 channels per week. No recapping yet. A few switch’s already need replacing. At least just the holders

One channel done. It’s a bit intricate to say the least. But rewarding. Just cosmetic stuff until I can install.
