I've found some PCB's that were designed as true-bypass boards for G1167/GSSL compressors, but they're no longer available in kit form and I can't get a BOM out of the maker.

Could someone help me put together a BOM/PCB for a bypass switch on a stereo 1176 from Hairball/Mnats with the Collectivecases case? Thanks!

Hey Jeff,

Igor in the white market has some relay based bypass boards for sale for about $8 each I think.

If you don't mind running some cables to the front, I don't see why you couldn't do it using a simple 4 pole 2 throw toggle switch like below. It would require routing the audio to the front of the case though.

Thanks - Igor's were the ones I had looked at before but I cannot for the life of me find a BOM for the kit and his response on his stores' site wasn't much help. Do you know where I could find one, or if anyone else sells kit-style bypass boards?

silent arts used to have some for some projects, and I remember seeing another one recently with onboard PSU.
