Studer189 MK1 documentation?

Hi Group,

A friend has stumbled into trouble with the output section of a Studer 189 MK1 - and to my horror, it seems like there's no available schematics out there covering this. That family was one of my blind spots when we still had access to the ftp.studer.ch arcives

Do anyone of you have this info?

Word is that there's some significant difference between MK1 and the more common MK2 - the one we're looking for is named "1.189.082"

Hi Jakob

Despite your ref is not included, many if not all standard MKI parts are listed in the MKII pdf.
Regarding the ref you look at, what is the purpose of this card/module?
To me the ref n°logic with 189 in it seem not standard, there is chance it's a close variant of another one.

Thanks for the suggestions - but sifting through all online-available resources still brings up no mention of 1.189.082

As I say, you won't find it.
I repeat, I have suspicion it's a variant from standard part (with schemo probably available), picture and function of the module can really help...
I know well those consoles, restore /repair bunch of them and have myself a 289 in the studio, there is chance I can identify the thing and maybe point a parent module

I have the honour to ask our great Jakob... hey noob please give us more clue or we can't help

The mark ones have pull out amp cards instead of the A-101 opamps.
