Hey

I recently acquired one Telefunken V673 module and two U374a modules. The V673 is a 4W output amp with 14 dB of gain. The U374a is a talkback amp with limiter.
The schematics are easily obtainable but I'm having some trouble finding info on the transformers. So I thought to post it here, maybe somebody has some info on them.

V673: Input trafo Haufe 42.5061.8.647304 and output trafo Haufe 42.5061.8.647305
U374a: Input trafo ST 191/4 (don't know if this is Haufe), intermediate trafo BV2559 and output trafo AU2557.

So, if anybody has any info on these, turns ratio, bandwidth, anything.

I'm thinking that the U374a modules can be used as a mic preamp (with limiter) but the bandwidth will probably be limited (50 Hz to 15 kHz or something). They should be usable for guitar amps, snare, toms, vocals,... anybody already using these?  ;D
The V673 could be usable on high SPL sources like drums close miced etc. But maybe they can be modified to get more gain. I could also put something with some extra gain in front of it and use the module as output amp...

Any help or advice is welcome.

Regards, Thomas

I have a pair of U274, which I believe are also talkback amps with limiters.  Maybe not disimilar to the U374. They are quite crunchy sounding, I like them.  I built the Drew sherlock (leveloc clone), but I prefer these because they connect/interface with a mixer a bit better.
