Right, so it is too low... And why would you want a differential input? If you want a simple IC solution just use a decent FET opamp (e.g. OPA134) connected as follower.

Recordings & gigs would have been sounding a lot tidier, had they gone right away for TRS-plugs & balanced guitar-cords back then
