Fun stuff.  The moving magnet induces a current in the (non magnetic) aluminum.  This current creates a magnetic field in the opposite direction of the permanent magnet.  This effect is used all over the place.  For instance, strong magnets can be found on roller coasters to aid in braking.
 
Yeah! Its cool to see this physical law visualised. Of cousre lenz i present i all inductive elements, especially when you get kicked in the (r)ear turning of high impedence audio gear.
