Hey that seems nice. I guess some mistakes can be prevented by planning the layout in the app. It should also make for optimal component placement.

The copper Vero stripboard shown in Clintrubber's first picture is highly resistant to desoldering, even if you use a pump.

The project I'm working on at the moment is on that stripboard. For various reasons, I've had to remove / desolder 2 of the op-amps about 5 times, with no discernable damage to the board at all.

Although I am using a vacuum desoldering gun, I don't think it is the most important aspect for preventing damage to the stripboard - I think a temp-controlled iron helps, so you don't damage the board in the first place.
