Torroid Mounting and other Metalworks

Hey Guys,

I'm just about to finish my GSSL and a second G9, and as always when projects come to an end the toroids have to be mounted. How do you mount your toroids and PCS's without the screws scratching everything that lies under the latest project? For the PCB's i got self-adhesive standoffs.
Anyone with good ideas what to do with the toroids?

You can mount the toroidal onto the side wall of the case.

Actually I have recently made a transformer assembly PCB for G9. I'll put up some pictures tomorrow. It fits into the side wall of a 2U case.

Used that method a couple times before, riggler... makes for a very clean finished product. Looks professional.

Great Tutorial riggler, will try to use it definitely. In the G9 side mounting is ok, but difficult in 1U cases.
