Hi folks,

I'm building some 48V phantom power to electrec mic adapters based in the Schopes circuit and I'm looking for the lowes noise transistor for the emiter followers. In the origiinal circuit they use BC 416C. Can someone recommend a good low noise transistor with Vce>48 volts?

Tks in advance for any info on this.

Ric

Tks for your reply. The monolitic dual transistor sound like a good idea-no need to match the pair.
I went to DigiKey and Mouser (my usual surces) but I can not found the 2SA part. Can you sugest a provider?
