I don't think it does. It's an extended range meter driver, that gives a more or less logarithmic response., and it's not balanced.Not sure if it ticks all the boxes for you or not ,
Clever it is. It uses the "reflex" principle of using one triode for amplifying separately AC and DC. The triode amplifies the AC signal that is rectified (single-wave only, though) and buffers the DC rectified signal. Standard "wireless" practice.
