Have just tried one of my wound U67 transformers without the feedback winding on a U47 and sounds great!!!

After a little time with google translate
questions:
- from this it seems the two spools are wound the same way but the attached wires and hook up diagram put the two spools in opposite directions for hum cancelling. Correct?
- copper foil is not specified with a thickness. would very thin foil, like 0.02 mm, be correct?
- insulation layers something like Nomex 410, kraft paper, or polyester insulation tape? Pictures it looks like transparent tape, at least on the outside.
- coils and bobbins are vacuum dipped in varnish and wax before putting in with lams?
