I just got some UTC transformers to swap in my reissue LA-2A. I could stand to recoup some of the funds.

Anyone Interested? Not sure what they are worth... Pricing them according to what studioelectronics.biz sells them for but at a discount.

Did you get originals? How do they compare? I put vintage tubes in my reissue. Woke it right up. Wondering what original transformers do. Might be worth it. Thoughts?

I have still to do more deep recording with the traffos I got from Bowie. It sounded great before and still sounds great. Bowie says to listen to the midrange clarity. I did not have the chance to listen critically enough to hear the subtle differences. My experience so far is that the tube swap was more apparent than the transformer swap.

I also just received my Kenetek T4b so I can also offer up my UA T4 for sale aswell. $220usd obo. Will post photos when I am back from tour.
