Hi,
I received a chorus effect unit that had the connections and female original Jack to Output B missing.
the unit is an Yamaha DSC-20M, both outputs are unbalanced.
I would like to connect the Output B, I was able to find a picture on the internet of the wiring of a stock unit, unfortunately I can't find the schematic anywhere, so the picture is all I have.
I don't have this particular jack (the one in the photo) or similar so I can't be certain on the connections.
Your help would be appreciated.
I know that the Black wire is ground, so that goes to sleeve.
How about the Red and White wires?
Would make sense to assume by looking to that jack that theres a switch between the Tip and the red wire tab?
White wire would be the signal (Tip) and when the jack is inserted it cuts the connection between the Red and White?
What to you think?
Maybe someone has the same jack in the drawer and can check it's switching and connections
Thanks
