Hi folks
i m having the crazy idea to control the input level of a stereo compressor with only 1 POT to avoid dual gang
got inspiration from THAT dn116, of course thinking also for output controls i d like to use a cheaper solution instead of 4x2180vca
so found a basic OTA config for synth vca ... it s working but maybe to noisy and a big rise of harmonical content respect to the input
tried to compensate with feedback capacitors but no luck....not so expert especially with discrete design
attached LTspice sim
any better idea for this purpose or how to improve it?
thanks for your attention
best

OTAs are garbage compared to THAT2181B. And it's not at all clear that controlling two ports with one pot will work with an OTA. If you want cheap, maybe try the Cool Audio V2162. Although it looks like that part is unobtainium right now whereas THAT2181B is available.
