What is the hard and fast rule about Hi-Z component Bridges/Lift in mic circuit??

So I know that some of the components around the capsule and grid of the tube need to be lifted. Im working on a CMV563 mod and have never worked around a grounded backplate design before.


I know both sides of C1 should be lifted and the top side of r1 and r2... Does c4/r1 junction also need to be lifted?

It shouldn't - from an AC point of view, that node is at ground potential.
