What is this Noise that eventually goes away in an MXL V57M condenser (same as MCA SP1)

I am getting a static noise occassionally on this mic. It seems to go away after a while of the mic being powered. Where would I look to fix?

I tried moving all the components to see if a bad solder joint to no avail.

Bad transistor or cap maybe?
