What size and type of wire to use for diy mic control board connections?

Forgive me if this may be a silly question but I am thinking doing my first build with a OPA Alice control board from JLI Electronics. Here is the datasheet FullCondenserRev3. I just wanted to make sure what size and type of wire to use to make to connections. I have to Kester 44 Rosin Core Solder .031" .8mm as the solder. I just figured I would see if there is any size or type of wire that performs the best.
