This is out of a Gates Level-Devil.

Looks like a Sprague black beauty or similar, probably leaky, replace with orange drops, maybe up the voltage to 600 in case increase in line voltage over the years has stepped up your B+

They are Cornell-Dubilier, not sure that matters

You can check the others for leakage by looking for s slight positive voltage on the downstream (grid) side where applicable.

Pretty much any film cap with at least 400v rating will work, there are plenty of good choices.
If you are bent on originality be prepared to spend!
I have never met an Sprague Orange Drop I didn't like
The yellow "Illinois" type work good and tend to be inexpensive, available, and easy to install.
Silver mica is nice...
