Or in any case he re-skinnes the old ones.

He won't reskin Schoeps capsules...  heard back from him about  a 934a....

rmburrow you could ask MBHO. Manfred does nickel capsules and worked for Schoeps for many years.

I have three M70 capsules that need new diaphragms.
Does anyone have any 1st hand feedback on repair of the capsules?

Probably a long shot, but I am in the market for an m70 / m94, ok if it needs reskinning.

There were tube bodies for the Gefell capsules before they made the transistorized versions. I only worked with them using omni capsules, but afaik the capsules are all interchangeable. So it should work with the nickel capsules too. In Germany they sometimes can still be found for reasonable prices... You might get lucky on german ebay.
