Yes, same gain positions, just rotary.

I think I have the sales brochure too with the block diagram for the desk. I think we are looking for the schematic for the EQ's from those desks.

You ask wrong guy. This equaliser was from SMK-153(push buttons made in Poland), SMK181(siemens rotary switches, bought for foreign currency... an expensive thing at that time), and others. This is the same circuit, just different switches EQ have two transformers on the output, some kind of stereo, but dont needed...
