Did they run a design rule check or something? Sucks they can't identify exactly what is making it fail.

They didn't go beyond that other then their system wouldn't accept the files.

Sometimes the issue can be polylines, where a square for example needs to be one shape as opposed to 4 lines. Or perhaps vice versa.
