Hi all,

Does anybody have a hard copy of this that they are not using?  I have the PDF but I'd rather not print 200 odd pages.  Happy to buy or trade for parts/books. 

Does anyone know if there is an actual updated second edition?  The PDF says "Second edition for PDF, January, 2005." I take that to mean that they just published the original book in PDF form.

Another bump for this.  Have a copy taking up space?

I've printed the PDF and have been digesting but I'd love to have the book.
