Could anyone tell me how transformer (1, 2, 3) routes to each output? two going to redundant outs and one to the monitor channel. I want to make sure I remove the right ones.

I want to remove two transformers from the master channel strips. One I want to leave as is.
So I want to remove the correct transformers going to the monitor channel and the output A channel, and leave the channel B transformer where it was.

As per the schematic T1 is the input transform, T2 is output A, T3 is output B, and T4 is the Monitor Out. Best way to be sure is to open meter bridge and measure for continuity between the XLR output the the Blue or Green transformer wire, I forget the polarity if pin 2 or 3 go to Blue or Green but so easy to
figure out....just put meter in beep mode.
