Yet another 1073 EQU Switch resistors question

I posted this question before but never got confirmation. Trying to determine if R72 is switched out with the eq engaged. The diagram indicates no however logically I would think yes - the reason being with EQ engaged wouldn’t R72 load or otherwise affect the input of of the low frequency EQ since C11 and the low freq. EQ inputs are parallel?

Secondly please confirm R70 is always in the path whether EQ is in or out. I know the HPF needs it but wondering if it affects the EQ out path

You dont show enough of the circuit to tell what R72 is doing. Yes R70 is always in circuit.
