I got two Lundahl LL9306 transformers as by-catch and wonder what I can do with them.

If I've understood correctly, an ZF transformer needs a special input circuit to make the most of its advantages.

“A zero field transformer (ZF transformer) is a special transformer designed so that the magnetic field generated by the input signal is balanced by a feedback loop that includes the secondary winding of the transformer. This design allows the frequency range to be extended down to very low frequencies, almost to DC, while maintaining the compact size of the transformer” says Perplexity.AI

My questions:

Would this also work with tubes at a reasonable effort or is this more of a solid state only affair?

Can these transformers also be used conventionally? For example in a microphone as an OPT? The static resistance of the windings is really low. Does anyone have experience with this?

Edit: paid 25€ for this LAWO card
