This has sold, thank you everyone for your interest!

I'm hoping to sell an Auditronics 501 "Son of 36 Grand" Console that I currently have in storage. I purchased this with the full intention of restoring it, but recently had the opportunity to purchase my "dream" console, so I am letting this go.

I have never fully assembled the desk, but from what I can see, it appears to be complete with 26 input modules (all Jensen transformers throughout), routing modules, master modules, faders, power supply, and of course, the frame itself with patchbay and meter bridge installed.

Photos will be made available as I am able to access the frame in the storage unit, but it's a bit buried at the moment. All modules appear to be in good condition, save for a few master section spares, which have some parts that have been harvested.

I'm asking $8,000 $5,000 for the desk with local pickup only in Los Angeles (Highland Park / South Pasadena area). That's less than street value of the modules on their own. These consoles go between $12,000 - 15,000 when restored.

Price is firm, but please feel free to PM me if you want any more information.

Thanks for your interest!

[SOLD]

This is still available. I am open to offers on modules in quantities of 2 or more. Insured shipping available (modules only) or I can help you arrange freight for the entire desk.

Final bump before I (begrudgingly) strip the desk down and sell the modules / parts.

$5,000 (firm) takes the whole thing. Local pickup in South Pasadena / Highland Park, Los Angeles.

I'm going to continue to offer the desk as an entire package at this price for the next week or two. If it's still eating up space in my storage unit at that time, I'm going to cut it up.

I've had offers for $250/ea. per input module on their own, but I would REALLY love to see someone restore the entire thing.

Is yours full of Triad HS-66s deep in the frame as ours was? Ours was low serial number (under 10) so not sure if this remained a feature

Damn David, really wish I could grab pick this up, looks awesome. Good luck with sale, hope all is well!
