Need help with SSL alternative Parts!

Would anyone happen to have or know of a replacement for:

(2) 22p 100V 5% Monolithic Capacitors =P4841-ND from digikey

(4) 33p 100V 5% Monolithic Capacitors =P4843-ND from digikey

(3) 16 Pin IC Socket =ED60002-ND from digikey

(1) 3 Pin Straight-Friction Lock Header =WM4201-ND from digikey

(2) 5 Pin Straight-Friction Lock Header =WM4203-ND from digikey



I tried to order these parts from digikey but there is a 2 week back order and I was hoping to get the clone done before then so I could use it on a project I will be mixing soon. If you have the parts, just name your price. I have a paypal account for a quick payment. If you know of a substitute for the part in the US, I would appreciate it.

any C0G caps of the right value will work. i think i used 50v caps instead of the 100v.

I checked at www.mouser.com and they had everything on your list in stock. The only special part was the 5-pin header. They only have it in stock in the gold pin variety -- no tin 5-pin headers.

Their website is easy to navigate and they ship fast. No minimum order either.
