I want to wire this mic to an XLR connector, low impedance
It says: Impedance changes are made on cord plug.
Plug shell and No.1 contact are ground.
Contact No. 2  Hi Imp.
Contact No. 3 and 4  150 olms.
I connect No.1 to 1 on XLR
How do I wire 3 and 4 on mic to 2 and 3 on XLR?
EV 644 Shotgun.

shield will go to pin 1 on the xlr


The green wire, contact 4 will go to pin 2 of the xlr

The red Wire, Contact 3 will go to pin 3 of the xlr.

Contact 2 is unused in low Ω applications.

then test it with other mics that are pin 2 hot. If it is out of phase then reverse the connections of pin 2 and pin 3 on the xlr
