I met Andrew at NAMM. He and his team are awesome dudes, and they have a killer service.
After having some fairly lengthy discussions with members of their team, I concluded that they are genuine people who are really trying to push the state of media management & collaboration forward. In the pro audio world there aren't many tech companies taking advantage of new technologies that can truly improve digital recording workflow. So I definitely support what they are doing at Gobbler.
I know these guys only have the best of intentions in mind. Andrew linked to a cool thread. How many other companies react to direct customer feedback by changing their terms & conditions in what looks like was less than a month's time? I've never seen that before.
For what it's worth, I can personally vouch for this particular "dude on the interwebs."
