Has any one compared sound on the preamp between ASY26 and BC560 for Q2 ?

I think I read something somewhere but forgot where I saw it. Sound clips would work
if there are any available ....

like always no sound samples from me.

What is current status for iron availability ?

Haufe input available.
Haufe output - I'm waiting for payments. No payments = more transformers left.
But i will give them a week.

The two  Rev2  PCB's and transformers arrived today in sunny LA 8)- Looks great!!  The Gummy Bears lasted all of about 2 seconds.

I'm in need of a PSU with -18, +18, Fixed and 48V. Are you planning on designing such a PSU as well, or would you recommend to buy one FP48PSU and one POSPSU and swap the 317 for a 337 (I think this would be possible, right?)?

I have plans for this but not in the near future.

AC/DC

might be an option.
however, changing the LM317 to a LM337 will result in smoke.

if you have two separated secondaries for the FP48PSU / POSPSU it should work.

german post tracking says:

Sendungsnummer: RT012004225DE
Die Sendung wurde am 13.08.2011 im internationalen Logistikzentrum Frankfurt zur Weiterbeförderung nach Australien übergeben

so it arrived one day later at Frankfurt (airport) to go to australia.
if some australien post took it off it will have a changed number now, which I can't see anymore.
while four to six weeks are getting normal I will (try to) phone them tomorrow morning.

German post is getting worser and worser, at least for private customers.
(and they are still not interested giving me a customer number).
