ANT W 695B - Nominal operating voltage vs Operating v range

Howdy there,

I'm currently figuring the power consumption of the respective EQ out and try to make sense of this:

Nominal operating voltage:          24 V DC
Operating voltage range:              21.6 V to 28 V DC

Current consumption

Static current                              45 mA

Nominal current
(L = + 6 dBu, RL = 300 ohms):    48 mA
(L = + 22 dBu, RL = 300 ohms):  90 mA

How much am I gonna need now for properly running the unit.

Can i choose myself with how much I want it to run?

Like either 21.6 V or up to 28 V ?
