Any experiences with Musikerkabel.de?

I ordered (and paid for) a couple of Binder connectors from musikerkabel.de on April 9, 2017.
Until today (April 27, 2017) nothing is delivered.
I have sent them several emails, but they don't react...
Are they reliable?
I paid them through Paypal, so I can always reclaim my payment.

I have the same problem with musikerkabel.de, ordered binder connectors on June 29 and have tried to contact them several times by mail but no answer and no delivery.
Did you get your connectors?
