I am using M251, and there is no problem with individual parts as a result of testing with a tester.
However, I can hear this noise. (Its 24dB boosted)
I thought it might be a power supply problem, so I replaced all parts with Nichicon and made a new one.
I still can hear the noise.

To clarify the problem, I brought another microphone and tested it.

It works very well. (I tested MXL V69M)
The sound is much clearer and the noise is lower than the original supply.
The power supply replacement work is very complete.
However, I can still hear that annoying noise.

That signal is amplified by 24dB.
It is not really that loud, but it ruins the music.

I would like to ask for advice on this situation.

ps. I have already replaced the vacuum tubes several times. I compared it with MXL, so it is not a problem with the vacuum tubes.
