Grommes G5M a tube mixer from 1964.  G5M-3

Thought this might be of interest. The amp uses a pair of 6GT5 tubes, regulated screens.  It's very typical of Grommes designs.  It has a common power amp section to the S-60 amp and the preamp is similar to the G5M.
