Anyone heard of Professional Audio Labs??

I have a chance to pick up a 6 ch. mic pre at a ridicoulously low price. I have never heard of this manufacturer, but the owner claims it to be "old school". It certainly "looks" that way from the pic. Anyone ever heard of this company?
