HI,

can this PSU power the EZ1290 ( 1073 mic preamp ). It needs to see +24V.......OV ......and 48V.
Is this PSU similar to the JLM AC/DC PSU? Does it have a 0V rail?

If all is good, can you tell me your email so I can order one of your PSU kits!

Pier, I Just wanna thank you because your 2050 really rocks !  I've build a FFoptocompressor with those opamp as make up gain, and it sounds rally amazing, big neat sound !

I'have take some measurement with my lindos AL200 sistem, and I've discovered that they show the same distortion spec. expept at 1KHz : 990 has 0.007 and 2050 has 0.01% ( most second harmonic )  @ +6dbU, 

they show the same SN, -92.1 both powered with a common PSU +/-24

apart from this electrical issue, for gain FF opto comp. it is the best choice compared with 990, and 2520. no doubt about it.

I've compared the 2050 with a real API2520, in a 512 Mic pre also, and I have turn it in another  machine, really more clean and versatile tools..

really good Quality Price Ratio also ... It's worth a try !

it's important to note that APP2050 has a most second-order harmonic distortion, becuse this is the typical tube amp distortion.  Even if APP2050's THD is a tube-like distortion this THD is lower then in a typical tube amp, so the APP2050 THD is very difficult to listen.

I have designed the power supply board for n.4   API312 channels but it can give power to 8 channels.

specs:
positive main out=  600mA
negative main out= 600mA
+48 out = 50 mA

(I have modified the mirror of the original 990)

Now is in the market, I accept orders with a lead time of around 15 days.  

for the fisrt 10 customers the price is only 26 euros each one, S&H included with priority mail!

I have just bought a PSU from your virtual shop for my EZ1290. I gather I will need to change a few of the caps but that this PSU will do the trick.

I will post when I have this PSU up and running and driving my wonderful EZ1290 mic pre amps.
