so glad all you are healthy again and all went well with surgery and recovery.
like others have said you gain that perspective when you're dealing with the type of illnesses you were dealing with and having a greater appreciation for life is always a benefit.  great to have you back marty.

The little tumour was indeed benign, so no issues there.

One may or may not ever happen again we just have to keep an eye on things at regular intervals.

Still recovering slowly for a couple of weeks.
