Capsule capacitance should be listed in the specs for each capsule. If values are similar, I don't see too much problem switching one with another. I've seen the same K67-style capsules used by different manufacturers in all kinds of circuits from tube to ss, and they all sound pretty crappy to me. 
Gus maintains that the K67s can sound good with the right EQ, but I haven't tried his adjustment yet, even tho it's been up here for a while now.
