C414EB Cardioid Only questions

I'm building a C414 cardioid only but i have doubts in what i can cut from the original circuit or not.

Is the only thing to do is to remove the pattern switch, R18 and C12? And I think i can replace R19 and R20 with a single 37M resistor.

Am I missing something?

interesting. less components. But when you choose Cardiod in the switch, R17 and C13 get into the circuit or they are there just during the Omni selection?
