CAPI LC53A 500 Series EQ- Fully Assembled- Not Working- w/Old CAPI Knobs

I have a CAPI LC53A 500 series EQ that is assembled but not functioning properly. This is a few years old and has the old CAPI knobs that they can no longer sell.  Signal passes through it but is distorted, if you adjust the gain and frequency you can hear both of those working as you tweak it and I haven't had the time to sit down and troubleshoot it. So it can be yours for just a little under the price of the unbuilt kit itself.  No op-amps.  Located in Chicago, USA.
