With sealed pots there is no chance , you will need to replace them ....
Just make sure there is no DC on the circuit causing the "scratch" noise as the pots may be in good order ......
Just for a quick test if you have already opened the mixer see if you can wire a new pot replacing a "damaged" one and check if you can still hear the cursor moving along the pot track ..... Or use a scope to look for any DC on the pot circuit .......
Sorry, but you shouldn't clean them. I have seen a million of these things and they have a thick fluid in them to give a certain tactile response. if you spray any cleaner in there, it will clear up the scratchiness, but the fuid will dry up and the pot will feel stiff and slop around in the track. just replace them with new.
