WILL SOLDER FOR FOOD
So I've known who Daryl Stuermer is for decades. If you don't know, he's a side man/session guitarist who has been playing with Genesis and Phil Collins for more than 40 years. But since he's a side man, he doesn't really get to stretch his legs in those bands.
A few weeks ago I was watching Lee Sklar's youtube channel (you should watch it if you haven't yet) and he featured some of Daryl's solo records. Now here's how silly I am. I didn't even know he HAD any solo albums, and I love the solo guitar fusion genre.
I gotta say, this guy's a monster. Like Steve Morse level chops, and great writing. If you're into that kinda thing, check out his solo CDs.
