Does it work?

Not really.
The 24/23v rails at all cards are measuring fine. I get a distorted signal in some possitions of the switch. And I can trace the signal until St601/12/ St701/7.
There I also measure the wrong voltage of 23v instead of 13v.
The electric switch board has a lot of tantalums that I didn't replace so far.

You can check the tants with a meter. They normally fail short so it's easy to know if they're dead.
