Tube Tester designed by few Polish Tube LOvers, on the forum. very precise, with internal catalogue (98 tube types). Last 20 position we can change with our own requirement. Some tech info:

Max. Plate Voltage.  300v /200mA            (1v step) 
Max .Second Grid Voltage 300v/40mA  (1v step)
Max First Grid voltage -24v                          (0,1v step)
Max Heater Voltage 15v/4A                        (0,1v step)

Housing:  1.5mm Stainless Steel.
Dimmension:  9,0/24,0/22,6cm
Weight: 3,5kg.
Power input AC 230/115v 50-60Hz.

What we can measure:
Plate Emission, Second Grid Emission, Heater in miliAmpers, Transconductance, Internal Resistance(R), Tube Gain(K).
Meter have electrical, and internal by Microcontroller Protection.(whatsoever we overrun max parameters in miliamperes  tester freeze, all measurements.
I'm asking 570euro, plus some paypal fees, and shipping cost.

Settings on free slots:
Tube type 12bh7
Electrode system = 1-2(little mistake, add 2 for heating time)
Time Heating  = 1
Grid nr1 Voltages = - 10,5v
Heater voltages  =  12,6v
Anode Voltages = 250v
Plate current  =  11,5mA
Transconductance = 3,1 ma/v
Plate resistance  = 5,3kohm
Amlification Factor = 16,5(plate resistance x transconductance)

Measures almost everything in the range:
Max. Plate Voltage.  300v /200mA

Last 20 slots can be changed freely.
Adapters with noval, octal, heptal bases, it is easy to make.

...slighty used. 400euro+shipping. This meter can u bay from Miernik lamp elektronowych, PCB i mikroprocesor do projektu AVT5229 ...as PCb + microprocessor(...manual with schematics too), ...this meter born on Polish tube forum(like this), and was give to the public use, after reviewing electornic equipment selling law... The software was also available with the source code .... we can change it, or programming only.

How can it test output tubes like 6L6, EL34, with only 300V HT and 24V negative bias?

Seems to me it's acceptable for testing tubes that are used in a "starved" configuration, but not anything close to a Dynaco or Fender amp.

For matching in Fender etc. this is maybe not enough, but this tester have measure transcoductance too, and with this parameter u can say some more...

is a common measuring point at which many known tube testers measure EL34 (AVO160, 163, for example), and it is also a measuring point found in datasheets as a working point for single tube operation in class A. At this point EL34 dissipates 25W, so it is far from starving areas. This is the usual operating point that shows if the tube still has 100% emission. From my experience I can say that EL34 tubes matched in this position will work well in AB class (at higher plate voltage) and will be matched at that operating point as well. I don't have that much experience with the 6L6, so I can't say anything about it. Nice tube tester, btw.
