I learned another tidbit about GoodRX from my neighbor the retired pharmacist. GoodRX gets a $5 kickback from every subscription coupon used.

In many cases you can get the improved price just by having or mentioning the coupon, saving the druggist the $5 kicker.

I just scored two brand new Elma 4 x 6 pos. dual deck rotary switches at E 12,50 a piece...

That was a lucky find

These go for E 100,- a piece if I search online.

The latest in expensive

Needed 3 x 12uf/450v caps.
Since locally that doesn’t exist anymore, had to order and pay flat rate shipping which was more than the cost of the caps. My shipping note of put them in a letter envelope and smack a stamp on there was ignored. while I do appreciate the flat rate on large orders. It’s not worth it on low count orders. Sadly I don’t have any other parts I needed.

😂

I do love frog legs!
I've never tried them. Gator tail yes... Guess the frogs don't run as big around here.. idk...
We took my brother in law to a seafood shack for his birthday and watched him down almost an entire basket of gator tail before we told him what he was eating...lol

Pretty funny reaction... he loved it though til he found out.......

Reminds me of the time when my truck driver uncle came in off the road with a big batch of Rocky Mountain oysters, which he loved. My aunt was frying them, when my teenage cousin came into the kitchen. She grabbed one and bit into it without asking what it was, then downed a few more before my aunt told her what they were. She turned green and got sick.

I'm sure there are several here who are unfamiliar with the term "Rocky Mountain oysters." If so, Google it and be prepared for a laugh.
