Does anyone know how to wire a gates sta level

I re-wired my studios and when I wired in my Gates sta level it is humming badly.. Does anyone know the  power / input / output wiring for a gates sta level? Does the power cord share the ground with input or out put? I know this is a simple question but I can't find a manual anywhere and I just need to confirm I have it wired up correctly before I seek repair.. If you know please help me out. I really need this piece of gear for a recording session tomorrow.  Thank nyou so much..
