A couple of pictures... it's from a Harmony H22 bass.

The "cupcake" knobs are no problem; those are currently in (re)production.

But the lever switch is proving trickier to source.

May be no help, but I have the exact same knob (in black) on an Amplicall intercom from the 40s.

The black Amplicall knobs are, of course Bakelite, but yours is not because though they did make white Bakelite, it has all since turned very yellow.

Not in this case.

It's a semi-valuable vintage instrument and an original part would be preferred to maintain resale value.

Silicone molding with poured resin would be ideal for this kind of hard to find vintage treasure. and it's easy to do. You'll get the exact same shape if you own the original. I got my Sony DPS-V77 jog dial replicated this way, it's awesome.

I truly wish you can find an original replacement, although it's such a specific vintage knob that I don't think it will be possible at this point in time.

Doing a silicone moulding and making it with resin like Damien suggested is the best option.

Next in line will be 3D print it in a Resin Printer, it will yield good results.

Last in the Line will be 3D printing it with filament but be prepare to do some sanding and post production work if you want a smooth finish

Sorry mate, I thought the guitar on the pictures was yours and you would need a backup or something like that. That's very unfortunate. CAD design and 3D resin printing is the last resort IMHO. if you have the exact size of the other knobs, you should be able to get something pretty accurate from your pictures in proportion.

This knob is very similar to the current Davies 2100 or 2110 knob style, but was likely a Daka-Ware mark at the time.

It does appear to be a Davies 2110, which you can get at Mouser.

The only catch is, you can’t get it in white/cream.

I’d assume I could if I could meet whatever the Davies MOQ is

I'm pretty sure I have one of these, identical to the Ebay auction @ach provided, sitting in front of me. I'll be glad to send it to you. I know it isn't perfectly 100% accurate, but maybe you could get by with coating it (2 part epoxy?), or use it for a mould or something. PM me, it's yours.
