Anyone know what the circuit is inside the EAR microphone. I read on the web big transformer, 6dj8, pearl capsule and a fet IIRC.
A guess is that the fet connects to the capsule because the 6dj8 is a frame grid tube. Frame grid should not be a good for "standard" tube microphone circuits.
