Eight Channel Insert Switcher w/ Remote

Recently finished a spin off from my tube summing amp: an eight channel insert switcher, Tascam 25 pin out with remote . Remote can be connected via cheap 25 pin computer cables over a distance up to 30m (guessed, tested 15m, didn't had a longer cable). Runs with international SMPS.
Can obviously also be used as a "two sources, one destination" (A-D, C-D) or as "one source, two destinations"(A-D, A-B) switcher.

so how do you do the split and merge switching?

and I like the push buttons. where did you get those? did you have to do your own lettering?
